Accommodate administrative, engin- eering and manufacturing functions. Provide approximately 7,000 square feet for initial sub-lease and ultimate expansion space. Plan sub-lease space for hypothetical tenant.

Create an efficient and pleasant work environment. Accommodate Eng- ineering Department request for psy- chological separation, but arrange Department in an economical manner.
